Function debounce

debounce<T extends Function, R = any>(
    func: T,
    wait?: number,
    immediate?: boolean,
): R
Returns a function, that, as long as it continues to be invoked, will not be triggered. The function will be called after it stops being called for N milliseconds. If immediate is passed, trigger the function on the leading edge, instead of the trailing.
Type Parameters
- T extends Function
  The type of the function
- R = any
  The type returned from the function
Parameters
- func: T
  The function
- Optionalwait: number
  Delay in milliseconds
- Optionalimmediate: boolean
  It true will execute the first time immediately
